All customers — whether on a Regular or Extended License — receive the same core support services, which include:

  • Post-purchase support: Assistance with:
    • Downloading your purchased script
    • Installation on your server
    • License activation and configuration
    • Bug reporting and fixes
    • Guidance on setup (e.g., database, admin panel)
  • Free lifetime updates: Get access to all future updates, security patches, and new features.
  • Documentation: Full user guides and setup instructions included.

 Regular License – Support & Usage

  • Support: Full installation and technical support included.
  • Usage: For one domain only (single marketplace project).
  • Best for: Individuals, startups, or businesses building their own marketplace.
 

 

 Extended License – Support & Usage

  • Support: Same level of support as Regular License.
  • Usage:
    • Use on multiple projects
    • Build SaaS platforms or client marketplaces
    • Resell as part of a service (not the script itself)
  • Best for: Developers, agencies, or entrepreneurs creating marketplace solutions for clients.
 

 

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Customization help (e.g., adding new features) is not included in free support but may be available as a paid service.
  • Support does not cover:
    • Server configuration beyond basic requirements
    • Third-party plugin issues
    • Modifications made to the core code
